TOMO®
Take One, Make One
Eliminate supply chain disruptions by converting physical inventory into digital inventory manufactured on demand.
Digital inventory is a comprehensive supply chain management solution that ensures the highest standards of quality, while significantly reducing the costs, stress, and uncertainty commonly found in traditional manufacturing.
Evaluation
Azoth engineers inspect and evaluate your existing inventory to determine which inventory components can be produced through additive manufacturing. Our examination process utilizes a combination of algorithms and onsite inventory review.
Reverse Engineering
Azoth utilizes state of the art 3D scanning to scan a physical part and create a digital twin for digital inventory. Whether you have a part with no blueprint or an old part that needs to be modified, with our scanning technology we will create a new CAD file and inspect complex geometry.
Design & Validation
After careful analysis, Azoth designs identified parts for additive manufacturing and creates a digital twin of the inventory. This process involves a robust quality validation examination to ensure the part is ready for additive manufacturing and meets all the quality requirements.
On-Demand Manufacturing
Once a digital twin of your part is created, we can manufacture on-demand. A part will be manufactured as needed at either our competency center in Ann Arbor, Michigan or produced on-site for clients that wish to implement their own additive manufacturing systems.
