Azoth can transition previously machine parts to 3D printed parts ready to be manufactured on demand. In this application, the customer had a down machine with a 6 week lead time for the traditional part. Azoth was able to design the part for additive and provide an as-printed sample in 4 days and a heat-treated replacement part in 7 days. had the part already been set up for additive, the lead times could have been further improved.
